    For unpersonalized items, 3 -5 days. Personalized may take 10 days to 2 weeks to arrive.

    How long does it take for me to receive my order (for International Shipments)?
    Varies, can be up to 3 weeks.

    Does your international shipping quotes include customs/duty/import taxes?

    How long does it take for you to respond to my email?
    In less than 24 hours usually.

    How long does it take for you to ship out orders?

    How are orders shipped?
    You select the method in most cases. Most go Fedex and UPS Ground.

    Can I track my order after it's been shipped?
    We will email you a tracking number in most cases, and you can track it from that.

    Depending on the shipping method you choose, in about 5 - 10 days for unwrapped, unpersonalized items.

    What is your return policy - Updated Return Policy During COVID-19
    Only complete orders can be returned due to event cancellation. Contact us for further details and if a RA number is needed. We will direct you as to where to return the items If none are damaged, will will issue a refund for the cost of the items only.

    Do you offer return labels?
    Usually, no.

    Personalized item policy?
    We issue store credit only if items if we are notified within 5 days of damages. Otherwise we do not accept returns of personalized items.

    What currency are your prices being quoted in?

    Are back order/sold out dates accurate?
    Should be. We strive to maintain our correct inventory levels but occasionally we will contact you if there is a sudden change in stock levels.

    I have not received my package, even though tracking number shows delivered.
