SHIPMENTS: All orders ship within 72 hours from the time we receive the order. Most orders will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days of the shipment date. Carrier -> UPS any method.
DAMAGES: Any items that arrive damaged – you must notify us within 7 days from receipt of delivery – otherwise we are NOT responsible for damage claim. Do not discard items or cartons until we can advise you. A Return Authorization number will be required for all returns. If items returned withOUT this “RA” number, a $25 restocking fee will apply. We recommend that you e-mail us at favorswithflair@hotmail.com with a digital photograph of the damaged box and/or item, as this will expedite the claims process.
Return EXCEPTION: As cosmetic favors and personal care products cannot be resold due to their nature, these products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
