These items can only be shipped UPS Ground.
Order Processing time: For non-personalized items - takes 1-3 business days to fill your order before shipping, while personalized items may take 3 -5 days before shipping. RUSH fee must be added to your basket (quantity of Â1) to speed up processing time. For example, a personalized item will be processed in 2 days or less if a RUSH fee is added. If labels are included, they arrive Unattached. Items ship UPS  any method  only. We do NOT have this sample in our N.Y. showroom, which is only open by appointment.
