These items can only be shipped UPS Ground.Order processing time: For basic items - Takes 3 business days to fill your order before shipping, and 5 days for personalized items. Personalized tags or stickers come unattached and require some assembly. Items ship UPS  any method  only. Samples of this item can be purchased here by putting a 1 in quantity box (if it is not a personalized item). We do NOT have this sample in our N.Y. showroom, which is only open by appointment.
