TIMING: Please allow up to 3 business days for items to get out of our warehouse before shipping.
SHIPPING: These items can only be shipped UPS Ground - any method. Any items that arrive damaged, you must notify us within 5 days from receipt of delivery, otherwise we are NOT responsible for damage claim. Do not discard items or cartons until we can advise you.
SAMPLES: You can place a “1” and order a sample delivered to you.
RESTOCKING Fee: For returns for order cancellations or damages, AFTER 5 days, there is a 20% Restocking fee.
BAD ADDRESS Fee: Should you fail to inform us of an apartment or suite number, or provide a bad zip code so items get returned, there is a $15 fee per package shipped assessed on your account.
