This item is NOT available in our Wantagh, New York showroom location, which is only open by appointment.
All items come in gift boxes, sometimes shown in the picture. If this item is out-of-stock, an “avail by” date will be shown in the item title.
SHIPMENTS: All orders ship within 72 hours from the time we receive the order. Most orders will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days of the shipment date. Carrier -> UPS any method.
DAMAGES: Any items that arrive damaged – you must notify us within 7 days from receipt of delivery – otherwise we are NOT responsible for damage claim. Do not discard items or cartons until we can advise you. A Return Authorization number will be required for all returns. If items returned withOUT this “RA” number, a $25 restocking fee will apply. We recommend that you e-mail us at favorswithflair@hotmail.com with a digital photograph of the damaged box and/or item, as this will expedite the claims process.
Return EXCEPTION: As cosmetic favors and personal care products cannot be resold due to their nature, these products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
