We cannot accept returns on any “FBL” products where they have been personalized or decorated to order. Also, cannot accept returns on handcrafted items, eatables or candles. Shipping fees are not refundable. For “FBL” products, we will only accept returns on acceptable merchandise within the first 7 days of the time you receive your order, subject to a 20% restocking fee.
