These items ship UPS any method or FEDEX only. Please select that shipping method when ordering these items. We cannot accept returns on any “FBL” products were they have been personalized or decorated to order. Also, cannot accept returns on handcrafted items, eatables or candles. Shipping fees are not refundable. For “FBL” products, we will only accept returns on acceptable merchandise within the first 7 days of the time you receive your order, subject to a 20% restocking fee.
