Order Processing time: For non-personalized items - takes 1-3 business days to fill your order before shipping, while personalized items may take 3 -5 days before shipping. RUSH fee must be added to your basket (quantity of “1) to speed up processing time. For example, a personalized item will be processed in 2 days or less if a RUSH fee is added. Items ship UPS – any method – only. We do NOT have this sample in our N.Y. showroom, which is only open by appointment.
