SHIPPING: These items can only be shipped UPS Ground or any UPS method. Any items that arrive damaged, you must notify us within 7 days from receipt of delivery, otherwise we are NOT responsible for damage claim. Do not discard items or cartons until we can advise you.
SAMPLES: You can place a “1” and order a sample delivered UNpersonalzied. You MUST add the product SCREEN below (with a quantity of 1) for the one time set up charge! Please order extra as we cannot replace damaged pieces, and allow 2 weeks to complete. Box is not available.
